As a business we try to limit the amount of plastics we use, we do use bubble wrap to package our orders to help protect them, this bubble wrap is made partly from recycled material and is also 100% recyclable once not needed anymore.
A fantastic addition to our eco-promise is a new scheme we have introduced, a tree planting scheme. For every order placed with us here at Ottena we will, on your behalf, plant a tree. This will help to give a little bacl and protect and maintain our plantations and forests for the future.

In the event that some of our teak outside furniture becomes damaged in transit, either on its way to us or to our customers, we will bring it back to our warehouse and recycle it. Our team are now experienced in making appropriate repairs to teak folding tables, teak dining chairs, teak garden benches and our garden parasols. These are often restored to perfect working order so they will have a long working life.
